Gooseberries contain vitamin C, hence a good option to boost your immunity. These detoxify your body and frees it of toxins and free radicals.
3. MUSHROOM

Mushrooms boosts the production of the immune cells in our body, the white blood cells.
4. GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES

These contain folate, which, in addition to boosting immunity, helps in cell division and repair of the genetic material.
5. BROCCOLI
